Meet Meghan

Hi, I’m Meghan Libby, RN, founder of Rising Legacy LLC.

I’m a registered nurse, a mother of three incredible sons, and a proud new grandmother. My greatest joy comes from caring for the people I love-and that passion naturally extends to the families I serve.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients through some of life’s most challenging moments. Today, that experience has become deeply personal as I help my mom care for my grandmother while she receives hospice care. I also understand the challenges families face when aging parents or loved ones live far away. Coordinating care, understanding medical information, and wanting to be present-even from a distance-can feel overwhelming.

That’s why I created Rising Legacy.

I believe healthcare, wellness, and planning for the future shouldn’t feel confusing or intimidating. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, caring for an aging loved one, or exploring ways to protect your family’s financial future, my goal is to provide personalized guidance that helps you feel informed, confident, and supported.

As both a nurse and a daughter who has helped navigate the healthcare system for my own family, I know the value of having someone who can explain complex information, advocate for your needs, and bring peace of mind during uncertain times. Whether you’re local or coordinating care for loved ones from another city or state, I’m here to help you feel more connected, prepared, and supported.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying my grandson, walking my dogs, or continuing to learn new ways to better serve the people who place their trust in me.
